Love my Nexbelt! The EDC belts are wider and the buckle is stronger which is great.

    Nexbelt Early Generation (Rogue?)

I really like the Nexbelt I have. I bought it at Sportsman's warehouse about 3 years ago and it has really stood the test of time. The ratchet system is fantastic for adjusting for various clothing and gear configurations on the fly. Whatever you put on or take off, the ratchet gets you right back in action. The belt has the stiffness and mass to handle anything and everything I want to hang on it so far. And it just looks like a heavy duty leather belt, so it's stealthy to wear out in public. My single complaint is that the plastic internal belt stiffener is brittle and weak. I dropped my pants on the floor and, somehow, the belt stayed upright in a rough circle because it is stiff and would not lay down. When I shuffled a bit and accidentally stepped on my pants - CRUNCH. The belt was standing straight up and in a circle, so it was too stiff to fold down when I stepped on it and I crushed the internal stiffening plastic in that section of the belt. Weird, because any other geometry of the belt/pants on the floor and me stepping back would have just rolled it flat, but somehow I managed to crush it. (I just can't have nice things.) Don't get me wrong, it still works fine and I wear it all the time. I still recommend it, it would just be nice to have a stiffener inside the belt that didn't crush so easily or was flexible enough to fold over when stepped on.

    About time!

I have used ratchet belts systems over the years, and my biggest complaint had always been that they are too thin and too flimsy. Well, no more! This belt is rigid, yet comfortable. A full 1 1/2" width, so it doesn't feel like you tied a piece of string around your waist. The mechanism is solid and holds well, and it looks as good as any belt I've ever owned. I'll end up buying a couple more, although it seemed like this one will last fairly long term. Great product, very happy that I bought it!

2nd time its even sweeter - love this belt and buckle !!!

My first purchase started to fade (gray so whatever) so I repurposed it as my gunbelt and its perfect. This one looks nice and still has all the adjustability and quality I have come to expect. Don't think about it just buy one and you will be sold.
