Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item purchased from Nexbelt. Our 30-day return policy is as follows.
- You have 30 days to return an item to get a reimbursement to your credit card. The item returned or exchanged must be unused and in the same condition as when received.
- Nexbelt wants to ensure all its customers feel compensated for the products they purchase. To receive store credit, you must return any product initially purchased from us, including an original belt or buckle- we're not liable if something goes wrong on its way back! Once approved by our team, your account will be updated with a monetary value equivalent in lieu of what was actually paid at the time of sale; this may take 1-2 weeks, depending upon volume.
This policy does not apply to Customized belts. There is no refund on customized belts. Customized belts or any belts where we have placed a logo or initials on the buckle or straps of the belt.
HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
Gift items purchased online through Nexbelt.com on or after November 1, 2023, through December 31, 2023, are valid for return through January 15, 2024, or within 30 days from the ship date, whichever comes later. If submitted after this time, the order will only be eligible for store credit or exchange. Refunds are only available for online purchases returned by mail and will be credited to the original form of payment. Products on sale to be returned will only be eligible for exchange or store credit towards your next purchase. All of our belt straps are cut to fit and may not be exchanged or returned if cut.
All returns or exchanges are subject to Nexbelt's Return Policy.
SPECIALTY & CUSTOM ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE!
Exchanges can be made for equal-value products. If you are exchanging for a new item that is higher priced than the original item being exchanged, you will be charged for the difference in the price. We'll refund you the difference if the new item costs less.
All of our belt straps are cut to fit and may not be exchanged or returned if cut.
If you are asking for an exchange of an item, we will split the cost of shipping. You are responsible for paying all shipping costs associated with returning the item.
EXCLUDES INTERNATIONAL ORDERS!
We will not refund the shipping costs of the original purchase.
We are happy to exchange items or issue a merchandise credit for gifts returned to us within the 30-day time limit. We use the estimated delivery date for calculating the 30-day return period with gifts.
All returns MUST be returned using our RETURN & EXCHANGE FORM.
What to Send Us
- Please complete/print the RETURN & EXCHANGE FORM.
- Carefully place the items and all packaging we provided in a box along with the RETURN & EXCHANGE FORM.

NOTE: Please ship your items using a traceable/secure delivery method. That means we need to know your shipping company and the tracking number. This way, there's proof of delivery to our facility. We are unable to assume responsibility for items that do not reach us.
Confirmation of Receipt and Processing Times
We will notify you by email of your refund/exchange status after receiving and inspecting the item(s). If we approve your refund/exchange, we will quickly initiate any refund or the shipment of your exchanged item(s).
Depending on the policies of your credit card company, please plan on up to 7 days (for refunds) and ten days for receipt of your new item(s) shipped as an exchange. PayPal purchases should generally take up to 7 days to process.
