We want you to be fully satisfied with every item purchased from Nexbelt. If you are not satisfied with an item, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the product price using your original payment method. This does NOT include any customization charges.
All items returned or exchanged must be unused and in the same condition as when received.
All of our belt straps are cut to fit and may not be exchanged or returned if cut.
If requesting a refund, we ask that you pay the cost of shipping the item back to us.
If you are asking for an exchange of an item, we will split the cost of shipping…. Just pay to ship it back and we will cover the cost of shipping the new item back to you.
We will not refund the shipping costs of the original purchase.
We are happy to exchange items or issue a merchandise credit for gifts that are returned to us within the 30 day time limit. We use the estimated delivery date for calculating the 30 day return period with gifts.
All returns MUST be returned using our RETURN & EXCHANGE FORM.
What to Send Us
NOTE: Please ship your items using a traceable / secure method of delivery. We are unable to assume responsibility for items that do not reach us.
Confirmation of Receipt and Processing Times
We will notify you by email of the status of your refund / exchange after we have received and inspected the item(s). If we approve your refund / exchange we will quickly initiate any refund or the shipment of your exchanged item(s).
Depending on the policies of your credit card company, please plan on up to a week (for refunds) and ten days for receipt of your new item(s) shopped as an exchange. PayPal purchases should generally take up to seven days to process.
