Nexbelt warrants its products will be free from defects in materials and artistry at the time of sale. This warranty does not cover damage or malfunctions caused by normal wear and tear, accident, abuse, neglect, improper handling, misuse, vandalism, acts of God, or other causes external to the product.
Our one-year warranty policy warrants repairs or replacements of the defective part.
To start the potential warranty process, please forward the following to email@example.com:
- A picture of the front of the buckle or strap(so we can identify the exact buckle)
- A picture showing the defective area
- A picture of the underside of the clasp which clamps the buckle to the strap (this provides the lot # and assist in cause & corrective action, or a photo of the straps lot number. The request for the warranty cannot proceed without this information) See picture Below for reference.

- Your contact information; Name, Address, & Telephone #
If you believe your buckle is not within warranty and you need some pins replaced, please forward your buckle to the address below. Please make sure you get tracking number and let us know of it. We are not responsible for lost shipments.
