Asked for this belt for Christmas last year and got it. After a month the plastic cracked and started pinching me. Contacted them 3 times with no response to resolve issues. switched to kore belt to try them

I have a 5 year or so old EDC Nexbelt that needed replaced. I knew I had the smaller width belt so I bought the narrow replacement I found on the website. Once received, I cut the belt to length and went to switch out. The belt is too wide by a fraction for the buckle. I called in and this is where i was really disappointed. Girl who answered the phone says they changed the width a couple years ago from 1 3/8 to 1 1/2. It would have been nice to see this on the website, but I never saw any info on that. I then asked the girl how much to buy a buckle that works. “I don’t know… 25-30 dollars… I’m not sure” . No personality, no customer service skills. No offer to say we can get you a buckle that works for x amount. Then when I questioned that she doesn’t know, she tells me I don’t have to be rude. She just reminded me of why I left California. I guess I need to shop another brand. Too bad. I enjoyed the belt I’ve had for the past 5 years.
