We designed a belt for the Appendix wearer. By making the smallest buckle out there, it frees up precious space in front for you to carry your protection device and extra magazines. Its diminutive buckle is sized 1 1/2  x 1 11/16" and can be worn front center, left hip, or hidden near the curve of the back. It is still the most comfortable belt you'll own. And with the new push-button trigger, the release is quick and easy - only when you want to.

  • Granite Brown - Powder coated textured for better wear resistance
  • Have 3 set screws to give a more reliable hold
  • Constructed using stainless steel set screws and not pins for a reliable hold (patent pending)
  • Belt Buckle size 1 1/2  x 1 11/16"

  • Our nylon straps are made from a super-high density microfiber material that is an advanced composite of ultra-fine polyester fibers. This allows the stiffness required for holstering your protection device if you have a CCW permit or just your everyday tools. This ratchet belt makes a great work belt also.
  • The backing is sweat resistant
  • Strap thickness near 3/16"
  • Strap width is 1 1/2”
  • Nylon strap fits up 50" waist
  • Coyote Color strap

- Turn the belt to the backside and use our scaling system to find your pant size. (US PAT. Number 10,966,489 B2)

- Add 3 - 4” to your pant size, and using scissors, cut along the dotted line.

Note: We recommend that you add 3 - 4 inches to your pant size before cutting. You can always trim farther down if needed

Repeat Customer

This is my second EDC Appendix belt and they are great. It is a major upgrade from a traditional belt in terms of getting a perfect fit on-demand. I also emailed them with a question regarding my original purchase from a few years back and they were incredibly prompt, friendly, and helpful. I highly recommend the product and the company!

Only belts I’ll buy now

I love these belts. I have 3 now and don’t even consider another belt. I’ve had 2 of these for years and they still look greaty. Just got my 3rd one in and it’s great. Quality belt, great design.

Just when I thought it couldn’t get any better

Very good. I’ve been using this new belt with an LAS Concealment Ronin AIWB holster/mag pouch and my M&P 2.0 4” compact and a spare 15 round mag. I mention this so you can get an idea of what kind of EDC I’m using this belt with. This belt is plenty rigid as usual. The new smaller buckle fits between my pistol and spare mag with plenty of room to spare. The buckle also features a push button release rather that the swing lever of the larger buckle and it works great so far. Now if you could offer it in OD and Gray that’d be great. Thanks for another EDC winner.

Second Supreme Appendix

I just added a new Supreme Appendix 38mm in Coyote to my recent purchase of the same belt in Black. Of course I bought the first one for conceal & carry with my Canik Mete, but enjoy the everyday functionality even if I’m not carrying. The materials and finish Nexbelt provides with the Supreme Appendix are superior to offerings from others. These belts are functional and look great!

… AIWB specific belt come on they’re all the same. NO THEIR NOT (imo of carting for going on 27yrs).

I know it says for Supreme Appendix Carry, And you think what’s the difference that just slide my buckle over to the side and it’ll be the same thing. I can’t explain it but as you can see the buckle/bell combo makes a huge difference I even swapped out my black buckle for the Gadsen flag buckle that’s on here and I use the supreme appendix belt buckle style on three of my Nexbelts. And even when I wear it with the buckle normal and an OWB on my right side at 3 o’clock still hands-down the best Bell/Buckle combo

Are You Ready to Find the Best Gun Belt for You?

When it’s time to purchase an EDC belt, there are many factors that must be considered. There are a variety of materials available on the market, but our nylon belts are unmatched in durability - even stronger because of the ratchet fastening technology - there are no holes in our EDC belts, so they start stronger and last longer. For example, here are the steps for a Nexbelt Ratchet belt:

Find your pant size
- Add a couple of inches and then cut.
- Insert the strap into the buckle clasp.

Don't take our word for it

“As far as comfort goes, you can’t really beat Nexbelt.  Their “belt with no holes” ratchet technology allows for the ultimate custom fit.”

“I own five of these belts for a variety of situations:  from Every Day Carry to dress belts for suits, casual wear or golf... I have been wearing the Nexbelt line up of belts, and I am completely sold on how great these belts fit.”

Why It Matters for Finding the Perfect Belt

Depending on your gender and even what your dominant hand is, there are set ways belts have and should be worn for years now. Knowing which way to wear a belt can help you determine what kind of belt and buckle is perfect for your needs.

Ratchet Belt

Ratchet Belts

A Ratchet belt is a belt that does not have any belt holes and uses a ratchet system, where the belt will lock into place by using the inside of the buckle. These belts often stay in place by using a latch inside the buckle that will lock onto the teeth of a belt. It also allows you to change your belt's size to a more accurate size than a traditional belt through belt holes.

Nexbelt: The Belt With No Holes

No one makes a ratchet belt, like Nexbelt! We use only the best quality to construct our belts. Our belts our designed with quality in mind, which is why we are the only belt buckle with stainless steel screws, replacing traditional pins, for a more reliable, stronger, secure hold.

No Pins! Stainless Steel Screws
