Never wear a standard leather belt with holes again. We designed the Supreme Appendix belt specifically for the appendix carrier. With our most compact buckle design and incredibly adjustable latch system, you’ll have all the room you need to carry your protection device and even extra magazines upfront in comfort. The buckle can be worn front & center, on your left or right hip, or hidden near the curve of the back.

That same flexible design also allows the CCW and belt to move with you throughout the day. This key feature limits the jabbing common of most appendix carries belts while still maintaining the total security of your protection device.

With the addition of a new push-button trigger, the release is quick and easy when you need it, but still holds firm when you’re on the go.

Though we designed it for appendix carry, this belt’s versatility and sturdiness allow the person to switch to OWB or IWB on the hip.

Special Features:

  • The flexible design allows for supreme comfort
  • Compact, yet rugged buckle design
  • The new push-button trigger for easy release, without sacrificing security

Buckle Specs:

  • Granite Black – Powder coated textured for increased wear resistance
  • Has 3 set screws for a more reliable hold
  • Constructed using stainless steel set screws and not pins for a reliable hold (patent pending)
  • Belt Buckle size: 1 ½ x 1 11/16”

Strap:

Our nylon straps are made from a super-high density microfiber material that is an advanced composite of ultra-fine polyester fibers. This allows the stiffness required for holstering your protection device if you have a CCW permit or just your everyday tools. This ratchet belt makes a great work belt also.

  • The backing is sweat resistant
  • Strap thickness near 3/16”
  • Strap width is 1 ½”
  • Nylon strap fits up to 50” waist
  • Strap Color: Black Camo

- Turn the belt to the backside and use our scaling system to find your pant size. (US PAT. Number 10,966,489 B2)

- Add 2” to your pant size, and using scissors, cut along the dotted line.

Note: We recommend that you add 3 - 4 inches to your pant size before cutting. You can always trim farther down if needed

Great EDC Belt

Previously I had used reinforced leather belts which I found worked best for appendix carry and a custom SAK sheath. Then I took a class with Amtac shooting and the owner/instructor displayed his use of the Nexbelt for his EDC and how it supported his tools and stood up to rigorous use. Since then I changed up my EDC, adding tools, changing tools but they all are supported by one of four Nexbelts. The latest is the Supreme Black Camo (changing up the original tan and black belts of my original purchase). Never disapointed and never failed me yet.

Buy It - You Won’t Regret It

This is the second belt I bought with the smaller buckle (I have the first original one that came out). I love the smaller buckle. I switch between these two belts for my EDC (and occasionally I use my original NexBelt in black leather.

Finding Your Fit

A traditional belt will go through belt holes that are typically spaced out 1 inch apart from each other. With a ratchet belt, the buckle will lock into place on the teeth of the belt, which are much closer and allow for more flexibility and “in-between” sizes. For example, here are the steps for a Nexbelt Ratchet belt:

Find your pant size
- Add a couple of inches and then cut.
- Insert the strap into the buckle clasp.

Why It Matters for Finding the Perfect Belt

Depending on your gender and even what your dominant hand is, there are set ways belts have and should be worn for years now. Knowing which way to wear a belt can help you determine what kind of belt and buckle is perfect for your needs.

Ratchet Belt

Ratchet Belts

A Ratchet belt is a belt that does not have any belt holes and uses a ratchet system, where the belt will lock into place by using the inside of the buckle. These belts often stay in place by using a latch inside the buckle that will lock onto the teeth of a belt. It also allows you to change your belt's size to a more accurate size than a traditional belt through belt holes.
