- black one
I have tried slide-buckle carry belts from Crossbreed and Kore. The Nexbelt is superior so far and has become my go-to carry belt.
This belt looks great and is very sturdy. It is very functional and works great with my M&P Shield. This belt will certainly last along time.

Best belt around
Love this belt, don’t just wear it when I carry but wear it daily out of pure comfort highly recommended!
This is my 4th Nexbelt and just like the others, I love it. Sturdy enough to offer the support I need for an EDC, yet comfortable enough to wear every day.
A traditional belt will go through belt holes that are typically spaced out 1 inch apart from each other. With a ratchet belt, the buckle will lock into place on the teeth of the belt, which are much closer and allow for more flexibility and “in-between” sizes. For example, here are the steps for a Nexbelt Ratchet belt:
Find your pant size
- Add a couple of inches and then cut.
- Insert the strap into the buckle clasp.
Why It Matters for Finding the Perfect Belt
Depending on your gender and even what your dominant hand is, there are set ways belts have and should be worn for years now. Knowing which way to wear a belt can help you determine what kind of belt and buckle is perfect for your needs.
A Ratchet belt is a belt that does not have any belt holes and uses a ratchet system, where the belt will lock into place by using the inside of the buckle. These belts often stay in place by using a latch inside the buckle that will lock onto the teeth of a belt. It also allows you to change your belt's size to a more accurate size than a traditional belt through belt holes.
Don't take our word for it
“As far as comfort goes, you can’t really beat Nexbelt. Their “belt with no holes” ratchet technology allows for the ultimate custom fit.”
“I own five of these belts for a variety of situations: from Every Day Carry to dress belts for suits, casual wear or golf... I have been wearing the Nexbelt line up of belts, and I am completely sold on how great these belts fit.”
'Nexbelt has created some of the most dynamic, versatile and creative golf belts on the market today!"
QUESTIONS & ANSWERSAsk a Question
In person, is the brown color of the bond belt look similar to a cognac type brown?
No they are not the cognac colour is slightly lighter shade of brown then our EDC Bond brown belt.
Most holster clips are for 1 1/2" wide belts or over, will those not then work with this 1 3/8" belt strap?
That will fit no problem. We have many firearm enthusiasts using our nylon version in IDPA contests.
Any possibility of the Antique Brass Bond Buckle coupled with the darker Espresso broan belt??
Hi Bob - just don't see it in the foreseeable future. We don't have that finish in that buckle. Sorry!
How would this belt work with a typical dual clip appendix holster? Would the buckle interfere?
Johann - Every holster has a variance in space between the two clips. And it more dependent on your holster. You will have to slide the buckle over if your clip is too close together. The size for the Bond Brown buckle is 3 1/4 long. Hope that helps.
