My black leather strap had a small white blemish on it, so I thought I would have to exchange it. Someone from customer service, however, told me that sometimes the paper packing material gets stuck to the belt. A wet washcloth will remove any traces, and sure enough, it is perfect now. This rogue belt has the perfect level of structure, stiff enough for concealed carry, but not so stiff that it is uncomfortable to wear.
Will never own another brand of belt, these ROCK!
