Defender Black EDC Strap 1.50" [38mm]

I received the new belt strap very quickly and they had a coupon for returning customers. My original strap lasted just over 2 years before it cracked in the back. Overall i think it looks good, does a great job for EDC and lasts a decent amount of time given i wear it daily.

A little dressier for those times you need it and still be prepared .

This is my third Nexbelt. I have the Aston USA Flag buckle black tactical nylon belt and the Guardian Spartan buckle on a coyote/tan tactical nylon belt. Love them both. Very comfortable EDC belts. I needed a leather belt for dressier occasions so I ordered this one to use with the Flag buckle. Haven't had one long enough to comment on durability, but they seem to be quality belts and the one I've had the last two months is performing well. Seems just as good as Kore to me.

This is my 2nd EDC Nextbelt, it is the best I have tried. This belt can take whatever you can give it.

I will give the strap a 5, but the service is more of a 2-3 range. I called Nexbelt customer service to see if the EDC strap would fit my existing buckle and was told yes. Unfortunately I found out that is not the case! The EDC strap is 1/16th wider than the buckle allows. I forced the non EDC buckle to clamp onto the EDC strap but it would not go through the ratchet section of the buckle. I could force it, but then I believe the strap edges would breakdown faster than it should. So, I have a great strap and no buckle until the new one arrives!
