Finding Your Fit

Traditional belts often have holes spaced an inch apart, limiting your ability to achieve the perfect fit. Our ratchet belts eliminate this issue by using a track system that allows for micro-adjustments, ensuring a precise and comfortable fit tailored to you.

Find your pant size

Turn the belt to the backside and use our scaling system to find your pant size.

Cut the strap

We recommend that you add 3 - 4 inches to your pant size before cutting. You can always trim farther down if needed.

Insert strap into the clasp

Insert the strap into the buckle clasp. Tighten the screws to secure the strap for extra rigidity.

Amazing Belt

The belt is an amazing base for my duty belt. I haven't had the opportunity to use it for concealed carry, but I'm sure it will be equally amazing. Great balance of structure and rigidity and still being flexible enough to be comfortable.

I love the adjustability of these belts and fact that can order one and it fits so many sizes. I use these for students in firearm classes who do not have belts I just don't cut them and use Velcro straps to loop extra to belt, I also have one cut down, so it fits even the smallest person. I started wearing one daily and just wish you made a 1.75 or even 2 inch EDC / Duty belt that would make these perfect
