Warranty

Nexbelt stands behind the quality of our products and is committed to providing excellent customer support.

Please note that our warranty coverage applies to products purchased directly through Nexbelt.com. To process a warranty claim, we may request proof of purchase, photos of the issue, and product identification information.

If your item was purchased through a retailer, dealer, distributor, Amazon, or another third-party marketplace, any warranty claim or replacement request must be handled through the original place of purchase. Many retailers maintain their own return, exchange, and warranty policies and are best equipped to assist with products sold through their channels.

Additionally, some products are manufactured, customized, or sold exclusively for specific retail partners. In these cases, Nexbelt may not carry replacement inventory or have access to the exact product configuration needed to fulfill a warranty claim directly.

If you are unsure where your item was purchased or need assistance identifying the appropriate point of contact, please feel free to reach out to our warranty@nexbelt.com and we will do our best to point you in the right direction.

Our warranty policy warrants repairs or replacements of the defective part for up to two-years of purchase.

To start the warranty process, please forward the following to warranty@nexbelt.com

  • A picture of the front of the buckle or strap(so we can identify the exact buckle)
  • A picture showing the defective area
  • A picture of the underside of the clasp which clamps the buckle to the strap (this provides the lot # and assist in cause & corrective action, or a photo of the straps lot number. The request for the warranty cannot proceed without this information).
  • Date of purchase
  • Your contact information; Name, Address, & Telephone #

If you believe your buckle is not within warranty and you need some pins replaced, please forward your buckle to the address below. Please make sure you get tracking number and let us know of it. We are not responsible for lost shipments.
