Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. Shipping Time does not include processing time of 1-2 business days.

** No Saturday or Sunday deliveries for order shipped with FedEx 2Day & FedEx Overnight. Orders shipping via FedEx 2Day and FedEx Overnight to Alaska, Hawaii and rural domestic addresses may require an additional business day to arrive. UPS Ground delivers Monday through Saturday and may require an additional business day to arrive to rural domestic addresses.

  • Orders placed on a weekday before 8:00 a.m. (EST) will generally ship that day. Orders placed after 8:00 a.m. (EST) will generally be processed and ship the next business day (M-F).
  • For orders placed on weekends or holidays, orders will begin processing on the next business day (M-F). We do not offer Saturday delivery. Holidays and peak sales time may alter your shipment time frame.
  • We are pleased to offer free standard domestic shipping.
  • We offer standard domestic shipping via UPS.


Note: We do not offer 2-day shipping for international orders!

Orders placed after 11 a.m. PST will usually complete processing on the next business day and ship either that day or the next business day. Please keep this in mind when selecting expedited shipping.


Notice: Once your package is handed over to USPS, UPS, or FedEx we are no longer responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Each shipment includes insurance, and claims must be submitted directly with the shipping carrier. We only take responsibility for packages lost in transit, not for packages marked as delivered. 

International Holiday Shipping Update (01.23.2026):

  • For orders shipping to Australia and having them arrive just in time for Christmas, the last date of purchase must be placed on or before 11/18/2026.
  • For all other international orders (EU, Canada, UK, etc.), please note that the last day to purchase is 11/29/2026.

All shipping times are stated in Business Days (do not include holidays and weekends) and do not include Saturday delivery.

“FedEx 2 Day” delivers two days from the ship date, not from the order date. 2 Day shipping is not available to International, Alaska, Puerto Rico, & Hawaii. 

2-Day Express does not include processing time. We are using 2 Days to quicken and bypass the slow delivery time of conventional carrier methods. This method is not available for delivery on weekends. This only applies to U.S. orders only. 


Should any issues arise with the delivery time, we’ll contact you by phone or e-mail. 

We will not cover the cost of resending the package if the address provided by the customer is incorrect. 

ORDERS OUT OF THE U.S.

We use BorderGuru for our customers out of the U.S. When the order is placed; you may see this address as your address: 5634 Bandini Boulevard, Bell, CA 90201. Do not be alarmed – this is the BorderGuru shipping hub we mail the package to before it leaves for the final destination. This is how BorderGuru operates to give us the lowest shipping rates possible. We pay the initial freight from our Rancho Cucamonga, California facility to the hub. You will pay the remaining way.

Because of the Covid-19 situation, shipping out of the country has taken longer. It usually takes approximately 15 - 21 days for products to arrive when shipping out of the USA, but it has now taken longer. The length depends on which part of the world. 

Please note: International (outside the USA) customers must pay applicable duty and customs charges. We are unable to supply estimated duties and taxes as this information varies by country. These fees will be an additional amount that will be collected upon delivery of your order. Please note that you agree to be responsible for all taxes, duties, and customs charges by placing an online order. If your order is refused, you will still be responsible for costs incurred in shipping. Don't hesitate to contact your local government for specific details regarding sales tax, duty, and customs charges. 

FREE SHIPPING

Free shipping applies only to the U.S.

For orders outside the U.S., we pay free shipping only to the shipping hub. The customer will pay for the rest of the way.

Free shipping does not include insurance on the package or replacement.

MISC.

A package not picked up by the customer from the FedEx/post office and returned to the sender is always considered returned goods. Upon return, the customer will be contacted and credited for the order minus the shipping cost. We do not resend returned packages. Please note that failing to pick up the package from the pick-up point is not the same as canceling the order.

Please inspect the package when picking it up. If the package or products have been damaged during transportation, make an accident report immediately with the carrier. Then contact us. 

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must address this with the delivery service responsible for shipping your order. We are unable to issue refunds for packages that tracking shows have been delivered.

To ensure your package is appropriately delivered, please ensure your address is fully entered and correct. Also, use the tracking information provided when your order ships so that arrangements can be made to obtain your package upon delivery.

Please note:
Final delivery notifications are sent directly from the carrier and could take up to 24 hours to physically arrive at its final location. 

If your order is returned non-deliverable, we will issue a refund for the net price of your item(s), LESS the shipping/return charges.

Please keep in mind that shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
