Customer Service was amazing
So I had ordered 2 belts for my dad for his birthday, because I had originally bought a different belt for myself before and love it. Those buckles were supposed to have his initials engraved. He got them without the engraving. I immediately sent a request to customer service to help out. I was pretty upset after about a week, because I had not received any reply. But I also did not take into consideration Covid...my bad, because when these guys got ahold of me they were willing to make sure everything got fixed properly. I appreciate the help from these guys/gals and my dad loves the belts (got him a brown and black one). If you order from them take it from me; like Allstate, you're in good hands.
