The Earn Points tab in the menu lists the ways you can earn points, which includes referring friends, making purchases and writing reviews on products purchased.
Points earned from purchases are based on the dollar value of product purchases at checkout, less any promotional discounts, plus applicable sales tax. We exclude shipping when calculating the point value of a purchase.
Our system has an approval period for points based on purchases. This feature is designed to protect our store from abuse such as a customer quickly redeeming their points and then returning the order for a refund. The starting point is based on our return policy.
*The approval period for points based on purchases and referrals is 30 days. For points based on reviews, the approval period is one day.
Yes, we have automatically enrolled in the program anyone that has made a purchase since March 1, 2016, through our online store if we have your email address. We have assigned a beginning point balance based on the dollar value of your eligible prior purchases plus applicable sales tax, net of any discounts and shipping.
We want our reviews to be valuable to our customers, so we limit the number of reviews a member can post. It's ONE (1) review per item bought Five (5) reviews per year. We will count all Reviews posted from 05/00/2017 forward, previous reviews on past purchases will not be honored.
There is no limit on referrals. A Nexbelt Rewards member can earn enough points to purchase a belt just with referrals. At 500 points each, 8 referrals will earn 4,000 points or $40 off future purchases. So start talking up Nexbelt to your friends and family!
Your point balance is on every page in the rewards widget located at the bottom left side of the browser.
Select the tab called Redeem Points. Here you’ll see all the rewards we offer. If you have enough points, you can redeem them for a reward. Vouchers may be used to cover your checkout balance, which includes the cost of the product less any discounts, plus any applicable sales tax and shipping.

- Approved: These points can be redeemed for rewards immediately.
- Pending: These points are needed to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals.
- Canceled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you return a purchase (the points will change from pending to canceled).
Your pending points will become canceled and will be removed from your account.
You, or someone you referred, canceled or returned a purchase.
It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points.
Not directly - please redeem your points for a voucher, which can then be applied during checkout.
VOUCHER CODES CAN NOT BE STACKED OR USED AT ONE TIME WITH MULTIPLE PROMO CODES!
Plan your purchases BEFORE redeeming points for vouchers!! Once points are redeemed for vouchers, there is no turning unused voucher amounts back into points.
Accounts may carry more than one unused voucher, but every voucher is unique and can only be used ONCE.
Vouchers are issued with unique codes that are entered like coupons at checkout. We will send you an email when you have accumulated enough points to redeem for a voucher. We do not mail or email voucher codes. Your online Nexbelt Rewards account stores your voucher codes.
Unused points have no expiration date, however, we reserve the right to terminate, discontinue or cancel the Nexbelt Rewards program at any time, in our sole discretion, without notice.
We do not allow the transfer or gifting of points, but remember your points can always be used to purchase a belt that you give to someone else!
Leaving The Program
If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us and ask to be unenrolled. We'll un-enroll you and you will lose any points you have accrued.
We don’t want you to go, but just contact us and we'll re-enroll you. However, your point total will begin from zero. And remember… we can’t transfer points from your account to other members.
Without notice to you, we reserve the right to suspend and/or terminate your account and/or your participation in Nexbelt Rewards if we determine in our sole discretion that you have violated these Terms & Conditions, you have more than one (1) account, or that the use of your account is unauthorized, deceptive, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful.
Nexbelt may, in its sole discretion, suspend, cancel or combine accounts that appear to be duplicative. In the event that your participation in Nexbelt Rewards is terminated, then all accumulated points in your account become void.
There are no membership fees associated with Nexbelt Rewards and the points accumulated under the program are promotional and have no cash value.
