The classic series belt I purchased does not have a top with a ball mark in it. I have purchased 3 other next belt and they all had the top that opened with a ball make inside. Is there a missing piece?
If you had purchased a classic series buckle more than likely, this is not one of our Go-In Series buckles. Any buckle or belt that has the word "Go-In" or "Fast Eddie" in the name will indicate that the front face flips open to expose a hidden ball marker or if its a Fast Eddie buckle it will have both a ball marker and divot tool/bottle opener. Now there are some special instances that the product title doesn't include the word "Go-In" in it, such as the "Thin Blue Line Golf Belt," we try to provide some insight when you view the product photos if the buckle does flip open as well as including it in the description of the product.
We apologize if this may have caused any confusion.
