Hello, Steve, unfortunately, we do not sell our XL straps separately online, although if you would like an XL strap that will fit up to 67", you can give our office a call and take the order over the phone. The XL straps that are available are the same that as the XL packages found on https://www.nexbelt.com/collections/xl-belt-series.
